The two switches that matter most

Turn Instrumental on before you generate. That alone cuts most accidental vocals.
Leave Lyrics empty in Custom mode—or put [Instrumental] and nothing else. A leftover verse from last week’s pop experiment will pull the model back toward singing.

Simple mode: describe the vibe in the main box, confirm Instrumental, generate two takes, keep the one that feels loopable.

Custom mode: when you need a fixed BPM, named instruments, or “backing track, room for lead vocal” in the style line. Styles in English still behave more predictably than mixed-language tags, even if your Simple description is in another language.

Generate twice. Listen for: Does the energy change wildly at 0:45? Is there a hum that reads as voice? Pick the cleaner take. If you need three minutes from ninety seconds, use Extend and paste the same style string—don’t “help” with new adjectives mid-chain or the backend half often grows a melody line that feels like a lead vocal.

Custom mode when Simple keeps drifting

Exact duration? Single clips hit a ceiling; chain Extend, then cut on zero-crossings or loop seams in your editor.
